1 cup rice flour

1 ½  cup water 

2 tablespoons curd

½ cup crushed green peas

1 teaspoon salt

2-3 tablespoons of oil

2 teaspoons butter 

2 batter of black gram

2 teaspoons chili, ginger, garlic paste 

3 banana leaves cut into disc shapes


1. Mix rice flour, water, peas, salt, chili-ginger-garlic paste, salt, black gram batter, and curd to make a smooth batter.

2. Set aside for 15 minutes.

3. Heat the non-stick pan.

4. Apply oil to the banana leaf, and put it on the pan 

5. Pour rice batter on top of the first banana leaf and cover with a second greased banana leaf.

6. Roast both sides on low heat. When cooked, take it out in a dish and peel the upper banana leaf. Serve with chutney.
