f you haven't heard of TikTok, it is a social media platform for short-form videos, and it's become wildly popular in recent years.

TikTok is extremely popular around the world—it has over 500 million monthly active users on Android alone! So how can you get started on TikTok and go viral? Let's dive in:

How do you get started on TikTok?

Once you've downloaded TikTok, the app will prompt you to create an account. To make it easier, you have the option to log in with your Facebook account.

Once you're logged in, you'll be able to start following your friends and creators. This is where things get fun!

After a quick tour of what the app has to offer, it's time to upload some videos of your own!

The basics are simple: just record something short (no longer than 3 minutes) and share it with the world at large by uploading it onto TikTok. From there on out, it can be up to fate as far as whether or not anyone else watches or likes your video. But there are some tips to help you be more likely to go viral!

Going Viral.

There are a few ways to get your videos to go viral. Here are some of the best tips and tricks we've learned from TikTok experts:

  • Use hashtags that have a lot of followers! You can find out which hashtags are trending and have the most followers by typing them into the search bar at the top of your screen. Make sure you use relevant hashtags so people will actually see your content!
  • Create videos with a theme. This makes it easier for people to find what they're looking for on TikTok if they're specifically interested in something like dogs or cats (or aliens).
  • Use keywords like “dog” or “cat” in your titles so they'll show up when someone searches those terms! For example: If you make an alien video with "alien" in its title, it might not show up as high up as another alien video with "space" instead of "alien" because there are more people searching for "space". So always think about who might be looking for what kind of content before making it public; that way others can relate easily too.
  • Share your content on other platforms. The more people who can see your video, the better chance it has of going viral.

Now that you know how to get started on TikTok and make the most of your experience, go forth and enjoy!
