GetSetUp is an online community of people who want to learn new skills, connect with others and unlock new life experiences.
At GetSetUp, we created a safe, social and interactive learning environment specially designed for older adults, with classes available around the clock.
Whether you are looking to get better at using technology, or have a specific project in mind, whatever your background, experience or education there is something on GetSetUp for you.
Led by our specially trained GetSetUp Guides and Social Hosts, classes from how to get started with technology to starting your own business are held live around the clock. We keep our class sizes small, ensuring that everyone is able to get the time and attention they need to ensure they achieve their individual goals.
We believe that by helping our members learn new skills, access new experiences, achieve their goals, and connect with others, they live better, longer.

Our Instructors
Our GetSetUp Guides come from all walks of life and often (but not always) have a background in education. What unites them however is a curiosity, passion for teaching and a desire to have an outsized impact on our community and their goals. This requires a boundless energy, enthusiasm, patience and a motivation to do whatever it takes to see individuals succeed.
As the most visible team members at GetSetUp, the Guides represent the company’s values, priorities, and expertise to our community and the world. So when we choose to add to the family of guides, our team of teaching experts have designed a comprehensive selection process to make sure that our community is getting the very best learning experience.
The candidates that are selected through this process then receive extensive specialist training and support before they teach their first class, ensuring that they are confident in being able to deliver the skills that people expect from GetSetUp, in a fun, social way.
