The Wellness Challenge!

We challenge learners to take at least 10 classes on health and wellness this month.

ThatÔÇÖs just two classes a week in August.

Wellness classes come in many forms from fitness to healthy eating, or mental and physical well-being. Find all the classes here in our Wellness Challenge Series.

Each week we will focus on a different aspect of wellness for the challenge. However, you can take classes from any area throughout the month!

Weekly wellness highlights

1. Healthy eating (8/1-8/7)

2. Physical Health (8/8-8/14)

3. Mental wellbeing (8/15-8/21)

4. Fitness (8/22-8/28)

5. Brain Health (8/29-9/4)

Learners who complete 10 classes from this series will get a certificate of completion.

The top 3 learners who complete the most classes in our wellness series during the month will also get a special GetSetUp gift.
