Ingredients:

½ cup raw mango

1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water

¼ cup jaggery

Salt to taste

Black salt to taste

Roasted cumin powder to taste

Red chili powder to taste

Directions

1. Roast mango in a pot at medium heat.

2. Peel the skin of the mango and let it cool.

3. Pour the pulp and jaggery and water in half the quantity of pulp in a mixer and churn.

4. Add all the spices and adjust the consistency by adding more water. 

5. Stir the mixture well.

6. Serve cold.
