Beginning November 29th, our 5-week Fitness Countdown to the New Year will help you get a head start on your resolutions and follow a well-balanced fitness plan. Our challenge ensures you’re not starting from scratch on January 1, 2022.
Our regimen tailors balance, strength training, flexibility, and aerobic classes. We want you to get set up for your fitness journey next year and make resolutions that suit your health needs!
At the end of the challenge, every learner who participates will receive a certification of completion. For learners who take at least 6 classes per week during the 5 weeks of the challenge, we have a special gift.
