Learn how to eat healthier and all the benefits healthy eating can bring to your life. Plus each day you will get great practical cooking tips and recipes to test out throughout the challenge. Find healthy new recipes for two weeks and beyond!

Our cooking healthy challenge focuses on learning the benefits and tips to eating healthier. By understanding why it is important to eat healthy you can choose to make it part of your daily life. We will do this by going right to the source of healthy eating - your stomach! Learn great recipes that you can cook at home and that are healthy. 

Throughout the 2 week challenge, we'll focus on switching to healthier eating habits. You will learn how to cook dishes using fresh produce and healthy ingredients with Guide Deb.

All you have to do to sign up is book your first class and you are automatically enrolled in the challenge.

At the start of each week, we will share the healthy eating goals for the following week in the GetSetUp Cooking Community group on Facebook. We have classes designed each week to help you achieve all the goals we set for you.

This challenge can be completed from anywhere in the world. So invite a friend and get ready for healthy cooking this September!

At the end of the challenge every learner who takes a minimum of 10 classes from the 14 Days Of Healthy Cooking series and shares photos of at least 5 recipes that they cooked for themselves during the challenge in the GetSetUp Cooking group will be eligible to receive a special gift from GetSetUp!
